Course Overview

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources at Universiti Geomatika Malaysia is a 1.5-year postgraduate programme designed to develop advanced management, leadership and human resource skills. The programme combines core business administration knowledge with specialised areas of human resource management, preparing students to manage people, talent and organisational development in modern business environments.

Students develop skills in strategic human resource management, talent management, organisational behaviour, leadership, employee development, performance management and strategic decision-making. Entry Requirements

Applicants generally need:

• A Bachelor's Degree from a recognised institution.

• A minimum CGPA of 2.50 or an equivalent qualification accepted by Universiti Geomatika Malaysia.
