Course Overview

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Construction Management (CM) at Universiti Geomatika Malaysia is a 1.5-year postgraduate programme designed to develop advanced management and leadership skills for the construction and built-environment industry. The programme combines core business administration knowledge with specialised construction management concepts, preparing students to manage construction projects, resources, teams and business operations effectively.

Students develop skills in construction project management, strategic planning, financial management, leadership, risk management, procurement, contract administration and organisational development. The programme is suitable for graduates and professionals who want to progress into managerial and leadership positions in construction, property development and related industries.

Entry Requirements

Applicants generally need:

• A Bachelor's Degree from a recognised institution.

• A minimum CGPA of 2.50 or an equivalent qualification accepted by Universiti Geomatika Malaysia.

• Applicants who do not meet the standard academic requirement may be considered subject to the university's current admission policies.
