Course Overview
UniKL Malaysia's Foundation in Medical Sciences is a full-time, one-year program that prepares students for bachelor's degrees in medicine and health sciences. It aims to produce well-rounded, capable students by focusing on core theory, up-to-date concepts, professional conduct, effective use of ICT, quantitative skills, and relevance to the job market. Graduates gain the knowledge, skills, self-management abilities, and personal qualities needed for a successful medical career. The program includes hands-on practical components and medical science subjects that guide students toward their chosen undergraduate degree. Please note that the program is self-funded, and students do not receive financial assistance.
Entry Requirements
SPM / SPMV / O Level:
Applicants need at least a grade B in five subjects, which must include Mathematics or Additional Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and one other subject.
Other qualifications (e.g., UEC, Foundation, STAM):
Applicants with these qualifications should contact the university's education consultants or submit an application for an admission assessment.
