Diploma in Physiotherapy

Course Overview

The Diploma in Physiotherapy at UniKL University Malaysia trains students to become skilled, knowledgeable physiotherapists who can deliver effective care to patients. Graduates develop leadership, teamwork, and communication abilities, and are encouraged to keep learning and to work with professionalism throughout their careers. The program also promotes ethics, social responsibility, and technopreneurial skills.

Students are expected to graduate with therapeutic knowledge and practical skills in assessing and treating patients. They also build social awareness, uphold ethical standards, and learn to communicate and work well in teams. Critical thinking, a commitment to ongoing learning, and an entrepreneurial mindset round out the learning outcomes.

Entry Requirement

SPM:
A pass in SPM or an equivalent qualification, including passes in Bahasa Melayu and English, plus credits in five (5) subjects: Mathematics, one (1) Science subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or General/Applied Science), and any three (3) other subjects, which may include Bahasa Melayu and/or English.
