Diploma in Animation

Course Overview

The Diploma in Animation at UniKL University Malaysia gives students the technical knowledge and hands-on skills they need to work in industries that rely on multimedia applications. Graduates can pursue roles in manufacturing, production houses, television stations, advertising agencies, newspapers, publishing companies, and other related sectors.

The program is built to produce capable, well-informed, and creative graduates who can lead and collaborate effectively. It also encourages continuous learning, professional integrity, and a solid understanding of business.

By the end of the program, students should be able to apply animation knowledge, design practical solutions, act with social responsibility and professional ethics, communicate and work well in teams, solve problems, keep learning throughout their careers, and understand how businesses operate.

Entry Requirements

• SPM: A pass in SPM or an equivalent qualification, with at least three (3) credits.

• O Level: A pass in O Level or an equivalent qualification, with at least three (3) credits.

• Certificate: A recognized, related Technical and Vocational Certificate or equivalent, plus either one (1) year of relevant work experience or at least one (1) semester of a bridging program.
