Course Overview

The Bachelor of Nursing Science (Honours) at UniKL Malaysia equips graduates with the knowledge and skills needed for holistic nursing practice. It emphasises scientific knowledge, evidence-based practice, and professional ethics. Graduates can become registered nurses by passing the Nursing Board Malaysia (NBM) licensing examination.

The programme aims to build competencies in nursing science, critical thinking, communication, teamwork, professional ethics, research, management, entrepreneurship, and leadership. Students acquire the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to deliver competent and innovative nursing care, lead healthcare teams, keep learning throughout their careers, uphold ethics and professionalism, and explore entrepreneurial opportunities in nursing.

Entry Requirements

• STPM: A pass in STPM or an equivalent qualification with a CGPA of 2.50.

• A Level: A pass in A Level, with at least a Grade C in three other subjects.

• Matriculation / Foundation: A pass in Matriculation or Foundation with a CGPA of 2.50.
