Course Overview

The MBBS programme at UniKL Malaysia is a five-year undergraduate course that trains students to become doctors. Its curriculum draws on the University of Sheffield's MBChB programme in the UK and the MBBS programme of Universiti Malaya. Teaching is integrated, bringing together theoretical knowledge and hands-on clinical experience.

After graduating, students complete their initial training as interns in government hospitals. The programme aims to produce competent doctors who satisfy the requirements of the Malaysian Medical Council, understand health and disease management thoroughly, and communicate and work well in teams.

Entry Requirements

• STPM: Grades BBB, ABC, or AAA in three subjects, namely Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Mathematics.
