Course Overview

UniKL Malaysia offers the Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Honours) in Mechanical Design, which trains graduates to become skilled Mechanical Design Technologists. The program centers on mechanical design for a range of industries and stresses the creation of safe, reliable, and cost-effective engineering designs.

It aims to develop graduates with technical expertise, leadership and teamwork skills, and a commitment to lifelong learning. The curriculum covers core engineering principles, problem-solving, design, communication, and professional ethics, preparing students for careers in mechanical design with a strong practical and industry focus.

Entry Requirements

STPM / Matriculation / Foundation

• A pass in STPM, Matriculation, or Foundation, or an equivalent qualification, with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 and at least Grade C in Mathematics and one relevant Science subject.
