Course Overview

UniKL Malaysia offers the Bachelor of Electronic Engineering Technology (Microelectronics) with Honours, a specialized program that trains industry-ready technologists with strong technical knowledge and practical skills in semiconductor and microelectronic technologies. It supports national priorities by concentrating on key areas such as IC design, semiconductor fabrication, packaging, failure analysis, and embedded IoT applications.

Entry Requirements

• Applicants must have completed 12 years of schooling and hold a general pass in a High School Certificate, A-Levels, or an equivalent qualification, with at least Grade C (60%) in Mathematics and one Science subject, such as Physics, Chemistry, or Biology, depending on the program.
