Master of Science in Public Health - Online Degree

Course Overview

This online programme is designed for working professionals who wish to advance their careers in public health while continuing their employment. The 1.5-year programme offers flexible online learning, with students required to attend in person for only 7 days, mainly for orientation and final examinations at selected MAHSA Learning Centres across Malaysia.

Delivered almost entirely online, the programme provides students with a comprehensive understanding of public health, original research, and health policy. It consists of 10 modules, totalling 40 credits, and is structured to accommodate the needs of professionals seeking to balance their studies with their careers.

Assessment is conducted through a combination of 60% online assessments and 40% face-to-face examinations, providing a balanced approach to evaluating students’ knowledge and competencies.

Entry Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.50.
