Master in Engineering

Course Overview

The Master in Engineering by Research is a research-focused programme designed to develop advanced knowledge and skills in applied and emerging areas of engineering. The programme places particular emphasis on Industry 4.0, sustainability, and green technology, while providing students with intensive research training.

Throughout the programme, students develop the ability to plan, conduct, analyse, and present original and sustained research that addresses current challenges and demands within the engineering industry. Although research is carried out under the supervision of a qualified academic advisor, students are also encouraged to work independently and take responsibility for their research projects.

Entry Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree: Pass with a minimum CGPA of 2.75, or hold an equivalent qualification approved by the Senate.
