Foundation in Science

Course Overview

The Foundation in Science at MAHSA University is a one-year preparatory programme designed for students who have completed SPM, GCE O-Level, Mathayom Suksa 5, or an equivalent qualification. The programme is delivered over three semesters and provides a fast-track pathway to undergraduate studies.

The programme offers a comprehensive and intensive curriculum developed in consultation with university partners. It equips students with essential scientific knowledge, academic skills, and competencies needed to successfully progress into their chosen degree programmes at MAHSA University and other universities.

Entry Requirements

Foundation in Science with Conditional Entry to MBBS, Dentistry & Pharmacy:

SPM/O-Level:
Minimum 5 grades of B in:

• Biology

• Chemistry

• Physics

• Mathematics/Additional Mathematics

• One other subject

Foundation in Science with Conditional Entry to Other Degree Programmes:

SPM/O-Level:
Minimum 5 credits, including:

• Mathematics

• 2 Science subjects

• 2 other subjects
