Course Overview

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) Dual Award at the University of Cyberjaya is a postgraduate programme offered in partnership with Federation University Australia. It is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to manage complex business environments and develop advanced analytical, managerial, and global strategic leadership abilities.

The programme combines subjects from both universities, providing students with a broader international business perspective. It covers areas such as human capital management, marketing, managerial finance and accounting, managerial economics, strategic management, digital business, digital marketing, international business, leadership, and project management. Students also develop their research and problem-solving abilities through a research project and applied dissertation.

The programme uses a combination of online lectures and face-to-face workshops or seminars, together with case studies, group projects, online research, and applied learning. To receive the dual award, students must first complete the required UoC MBA modules before undertaking the additional Federation University modules.

Entry Requirements

Applicants are generally required to hold a Bachelor’s degree through one of the following routes:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.50.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.00, subject to a rigorous internal assessment.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a non-related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 and relevant work experience, subject to internal assessment.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a non-related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 without relevant work experience, subject to completing the required prerequisite courses.

• Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government and accepted by the University.
