The Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management (ODL) at Asia Pacific University (APU) is an online research-intensive doctoral programme designed for professionals, academics, and aspiring researchers who wish to advance management knowledge through high-quality research. The programme equips candidates with the expertise to investigate complex management issues, develop innovative solutions, and contribute meaningful insights to both academic literature and professional practice.

The programme focuses primarily on independent research conducted under the guidance of experienced academic supervisors. Candidates undertake in-depth investigations in their chosen field of management, exploring areas such as strategic management, business innovation, digital transformation, human resource management, organisational behaviour, marketing, leadership, sustainability, entrepreneurship, and other contemporary management disciplines.

The research culminates in the completion of a doctoral dissertation that demonstrates scholarly originality and contributes new knowledge to the discipline. General Entry Requirements

Applicants must satisfy one of the following requirements:

• A recognised Master's degree in a related field accepted by the APU Senate; or

• Another qualification equivalent to a Master's degree that is recognised and accepted by the APU Senate.
